I have spent nearly 20 years focused on Employee Relations and Performance Management supporting Leaders in managing their teams.  The secret behind my career success has always been anchored in my focus on the human. 

Today, I use my background in Mindfulness, Energy Leadership, and HR to support my clients seeking to realign their lives by shifting careers or finding the freedom they sought after in starting a business of their own. My clients come to me as compassionate leaders who put a lot of weight on the value of relationships but are burning out and not living the life they envisioned. I help them to reconnect to themselves, build awareness of their energetic patterns, and get clarity on what they truly want. From there, we align the skills they have and build on the skills they need to get to the next level. Time management, communication, confidence, boundaries, and performance management all become the key skills impacted - but first it always begins with your energy.
