You should love what you do and it should be a part of your life. It should not leave you burned out or hold you back from your full potential.
It is time to take your career into your own hands and invest in yourself. The career ladder and employer relationship in the workplace have shifted dramatically. You have big dreams, and you need to be empowered to take those steps in the direction that gets you there. I have seen amazing professionals miss out on rising to their full potential because it is not in alignment with their employer’s needs far too many times.
That is why I am committed to helping you figure out your desired direction, and map out a plan to get there - whether you are starting out, making a shift, leaping out on your own, or developing your leadership skills. Career Exploration: Not sure what you want to do with your career. Career Exploration takes you through a coaching process that helps you align your career to the life you want. Do not invest in education or training until you are clear about where you are headed. Select a career that is designed to lift you, not burn you out.
Career Transition: Maybe you have climbed the tree trunk of your career. Now what? There are so many branches from here, or maybe you want to jump to an entirely different tree (aka career path or starting your own business). I have supported so many clients looking to make a shift - whether the shift was clear or not when we started. Together, we navigated their individual career transition needs- from finding work-life balance, rising in leadership, aligning to careers that fuel their energy, and even finding that pay increase they could not get with their current employer. Mindset Coaching: Have you noticed a pattern when you switch jobs? One pattern I have noticed in many professionals is a belief that a strong work ethic means zero personal boundaries and working to death to prove their worth and get the recognition they deserve. Eventually, this pattern burns the individual out. Unfortunately, the expectations have already been set by the pattern and are what the employer expects of them. Many will leap to the next thing to avoid the crushing pattern and burnout but find themselves in the same place in just a matter of time. What is your pattern? Rising Leaders: This program is a training and coaching hybrid. Combining the powerful tools of Energy Leadership Coaching, and the Energy Leadership Development System, this program is structured to assist you in taking your leadership skills to the next level. By mastering the 8 primary leadership skills through an energetic lens you can powerfully drive results and minimize conflict on your team by leading with your energy. Energy Leadership™ Index Assessment
A MIRROR THAT REFLECTS YOUR WORLD
The Energy Leadership™ Index (E.L.I.) is a one-of-a-kind assessment that enables leaders to hold up mirrors to their perceptions, attitudes, behaviors, and overall leadership capabilities. The E.L.I. forms the initial launching point for the Energy Leadership Development System, helping give you a baseline for your current performance and situation. Whether you proceed through the full system or not, the realizations that you'll gain from the Energy Leadership assessment and debrief process alone will change the way you view your world.
As part of the Energy Leadership Index assessment and debrief process, you'll learn about the 7 levels of leadership and how much energy you currently have in the catabolic-suppressing range and in the anabolic-inspirational range. You'll be debriefed on the findings of the assessment, and coached on how to navigate yourself to higher performance.
All packages offer the option to add this powerful assessment, except the rising leaders coaching package, in which the ELI is included.

The Energy Leadership Development System (ELDS) is firmly rooted in 7 levels of awareness, which will catapult your energy and performance to a level that is perceived by all those around you as the "ideal" for your role.
The ELDS is a complete, clear, customized coaching program associated with the The Energy Leadership™ Index (E.L.I.) . This system is made of an introduction and twelve developmental segments. The program is completely customized to you, and offers a baseline for current level of awareness, performance, and effectiveness. Leaders create their personalized developmental roadmap and quickly progress toward becoming an Ideal Leader.
